Arthur Zatarain, PE, is a multi-discipline engineer and
business executive who consults in engineering and
operations for technically-oriented matters. His
professional experience includes commercial & industrial
equipment, controls & automation, computerized devices, and
construction. His consulting areas include patents,
accidents and damages, and commercial matters, generally as
an electrical or control system engineer.
Arthur's 30 year career includes design, fabrication,
construction, and field service for industrial and oilfield
interests, both domestic and international. He holds an M.S.
in Engineering as well as several professional engineering
and contracting licenses. Arthur is certified in Computer
Forensics, and has taught both engineering and business at
the university level. He was granted a patent for a nuclear
medical device, and has qualified as an expert witness in US Federal
Court. Arthur retired in 2008 as Vice President of a
publicly-traded company, and now consults from New Orleans
with service nationwide.
